Brief Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi Pickup from New Delhi Airport, and transfer to hotel. Delhi, India’s capital is an exciting ,busy and at times chaotic but mostly interesting with tons of historic sights , museum and galleries , and endless bazaars. There is more to see and do than you could possibly fit in during your time here
Day 2: Shekhawati Often referred to as open art gallaery of Rajasthan. The region of Shekhawati are eminent for their incredible painted havelis ( merchant’s House). Visit some these exquisitely carved havelis with frescos depicting mythological themes and that of daily life in old times.
Day 3: Jodhpur Head on to the blue city of Jodhpur. Home of Rathore’s, Jodhpur boasts of a rich heritage and culture and has a flourishing handicrafts industry. Afternoon visit the magnificent fort of Mehrangarh. Evening free to explore in the flamboyant market, one of the oldest markets in India around the clock tower.
Day 4: Udaipur We visit the spectacular Jain temples of Rankpur en route to Udaipur. Nested amongst the lush hills of Aravali , with its hilltop forts, city palaces, tranquil lakes and quiet alleyways Udaipur is surely the most whimsical and serene places in Rajasthan
Day 5: Udaipur Discover the wonders of this picturesque city on morning city tour to Jagdish temple and place complex. Afternoon free to undertake a excursion hilltop Monsoon Palace for panoramic view of the city’s lakes or take boat ride on lake Pichola , a great way to spend a lazy afternoon.
Day 6: Pushkar Situated on the bank of Holy lake , this picturesque town is a great pilgrimage centre for Hindus . this holy town houses the only Bhrama ( God of creation) temple in the world. Relax and soak the atmosphere of this scenic town. Walk around in the colorful markets and hike to Savitri temple to catch breathtaking views
Day 7: Jaipur Drive to jaipur, visit the abandoned Mughal kingdom of Fatehpur Sikri and Bhratpur Bird Sanctuary, en route. The pink city of Jaipur. The city is famous for its Marvelous architecture and town planning
Day 8: Jaipur Drive through fabulous pink city with its colourful bustling Bazaar and Hawa Mahal for Morning excursion to magnificent Amber Fort where you can have the experience of traveling on elephant back to the top of the hill where the fort is situated later visit the largest observatory in India and various museums inside the City Palace. .
Evening free to Wonder around the old city with its colourful shops, latticed windows houses and rose pink colour streets or watch a Bollywood Movie sitting back in the art deco splendour of the Raj Mandir Cinema.
Day 9: Agra Travel to Arga, Visit the forgotten city of Fatehpur Sikari enroute. Home to the Mughal kings for centuries Agra homes the most beautiful building in the world, the sublime Taj Mahal and impressive red fort.
Day 10: Delhi Free morning to explore other wonders to this magnificent Mugal City like Red fort and Itma-ud – Daulla, continue to Delhi and drop at Indra Gandhi Intl. Airport for your return Flight
